I'll leave it to you to decide. It's a wonderful old carving, figural, and in great condition there atop the handles of this extra large (gentleman's) glove stretcher from the Victorian era. There is a very old repair to one side; apparently some very strong 'bear' of a gentleman needed to pry his gloves to a much larger manly size at some point and created a break in the one
