Luttien comes from calcareous sand soils rich in fossilized seashells from the Lutetian era. Harvested in 2020, aged 12 months in barrel on lees, and bottled in 2021 with fresh grape must. Disgorged in 2025. Brut. Vinous, deeply textured, and almost painfully complex. Definitely one to decant, definitely one for deep contemplation, definitely a future great. ABV: 12%
