It is three layers, with the thickest layer being 1 4". The total thickness is about 1 2". All of the pieces are laser cut and put together by hand. All of the layers are hand painted. In the hive we use mirror gold acrylic to give a unique look to the sign. Macram cord is tied at the top for easy hanging. We also spray the sign with a clear coat to ensure a longer lasting
