Azulejo Red region_burgundy Lind & Lime Gin isThis youthful Portuguese red is from Lisboa winery Casa Santos Lima's Azulejo range. Native grapes Tinta Roriz and Castaleo combine with a touch of Pinot Noir. 4 months in oak barrels before release brings a deep ruby wine showing aromas of ripe red fruits with vanilla overtones. Well balanced on the palate with a long, pleasant finish. Try with lamb, beef or pork, stews and roast veg, or soft cheeses. Casa Santos Lima is a family owned Lisboa winery
