2007 Noon Winery Reserve Shiraz 750ml Domaine Michel Noëllat silky single malt mingles vanillaProducer tasting notes: "The colour is deep red, with a brick hue typical for this age. Has an attractive, mature nose Vith cedar spice, tobacco and licorice notes, along with fruit chutney. This is a medium ratler than heavy weight wine, typical of 2004. There is a nice soft texture to the palate with fresh acidity providing balance. Gives the sense of being restrained rather than bold. Very nice right now." Noon Winery The 2004 Shiraz Reserve, aged
