It features trace chain with decorative textured hoops; a style popular in the inter war period. It is getting harder to find full length long guard chains as they have often been divided with time to make smaller necklaces. Assayed in Paris and hallmarked with a boar's head, which guarantees between 800 900 silver purity. The hanging bolt ring can be
