Vega Style R Whyte Laydie Tenor Banjo (1926) Style_ Aluminum Wound Mahogany Veneer ResonatorWe offer this very nice Vega Whyte Laydie tenor banjo from the 1920s (Serial No. 69733). It is in very good playable condition with an attractive vintage patina to it and just a small amount of tarnish to metal parts as would be expected. The skin head is taught and the 11 3 4" pot gives out tone that is both clear and lively. The bound Maple neck and 17 fret Ebony fretboard are smooth and without cracks.
