Straight off the train, into a local shop in Beaune, leaving grinning ear to ear with a bottle in hand and some gorgeous goat's cheese. Back to the apartment, bags dropped, cork popped, glass poured on the balcony. Life simply doesn't get better. Tasting this recently took me straight back. An exceptional wine from an exceptional producer. A richness
