No notable damage though it appears that at least the back originally had a nickel or silvered plating that is mostly worn away now

The glass cup is a later replacement and there is a small chip/crack to the mother of pearl dish where it meets the strap over the camel's back but it's secure

which in Georgian times could mean mid-40s

Some light scratches to the back side of the case and a bit of age visible in the silk interior
