You can see the rotocast pattern so this will be an Italian made rather than Zildjian made premier cymbal- I would estimated 20s but I've not done a lot of research

Vintage Premier Steel 1006 14"x 6.5" Snare Drum with Die Cast Hoops Brand_Mapex Used Paiste 18"Premier 14" x 6. 5" snare with die cast hoops from a 2000 series snare fitted. The hoops are tatty with chrome issues and fairly bad pitting. the shell has a few small dents, the dampener is missing, theres been 2 extra holes drilled behind a lug for some reason and there quite a bit of issues with the chrome rust on the inside.
