SOLD - Into the Woods, 2024 (12x12") You have to look twiceInspired by the Old Growth forests, which stretch down the Pacific coast from BC in the north to California in the south. I wanted to capture the amazing feeling of being in the presence of these ancient giants. The greens and blues, the filtered light, the giant trees: the landscape elements all come together to create a sense of awe. Mixed media: acrylic and latex paints, liquid asphalt (rubberized).
