Robert adopted a primary colour palette to reinvent art history. Diving into the narrative of animals, he researched cave paintings and bestiaries and took his own reference photography to capture the majesty of the animal kingdom. As a chimpanzee is mostly black, painting Marcel gave the artist the chance to get
