Le Quai A Raisins - Syrault 2018 Whisky Bottled at 47%Fine Wine from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom: From clay and limestone soil, these two Southern French varietals are macerated gently for 8 days without any punchdown or pumpover, in stainless steel. A certain richness and concentration is balanced with delicate spice and floral notes. Very deep opaque ruby in colour, big full ripe fruit flavours with good acidity cutting through on the long finish. No added sulphur. (Syrah (70%), Cinsault (30%)) PRODUCT
